For the price we paid it was a good place to stay for a short weekend. It was clean, had facilities for cleaning and cooking. Landlord was very helpful brining additional hand towels as requested and gave a tour of the property explaining about how to use central heating etc.

Host was excellent. Good communication & helpful. The property itself needs a little update but for a one night stay it was ok. All amenities provided, except towels. (Kettle,microwave,fridge,freezer,tea,sugar,coffee,iron,hair dryer etc… parking on driveway (big enough for 2 cars), heating was good when we turned it on, hot water good pressure shower. Bathroom downstairs was clean!

Furniture was lovely comfortable and it was a clean home and we had great days out in the city centre

Really great location, we were attending a event on the resort arena, it's two stops down the train from Lea hall. And also two stops down the line to the main station. The apartment is comfortable to come back to after a long day and relax and the area is very quiet/family based. Rentee was polite and friendly which is always a big plus especially given we were 6 friends travelling from all over the world to come to the event.
