Staff were amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was 10 mins from Birmingham new street so was really convenient.

The location was good, only a couple of minutes walk from the Bullring and, shops and restaurants and near the station once I worked out the route. The apartment had everything I needed and was quiet with very little noise from outside or from other rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very comfy bed/bedding the black out curtains are fabulous! shower water heated up quickly, though it is a bath tub and if you have mobility issues, this might not be ideal for you
