Very friendly and responsive host. Excellent property, very clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials like some water bottles, milk, ketchup, tea, sugar, basic spices. There are also lots of takeaway options

The property was fantastic, comfortable, accessible to public transport. Everything is supplied, from first aid kit to cleaning products. The garden was smashing, relaxing and very beautiful. If I want to come to Birmingham one day, I will definitely book this place again. It worth 10/10 stars without thinking about it... ❤

HIGHLY RECCOMMEND. The Host lives within yards, and popped right over when we had questions. Lovely, helpful and accessable. It was for a family function and the home was in the same suburb so very convenient for us. The pictures capture it perfectly. Maybe some written notes on things like managing the shower, fireplace and gas stove might be helpfull for Canadians..lol. Otherwise perfect spot, great host, very comfortable and spotless. Felt like home away from home.
