I was told it had a balcony but there was none, just that doors opened but had glass barrier as part of the wall could not get out.

The meet up to check in was straightforward and the person who greeted us was punctual and friendly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was a walkable distance from the Utilita Arena. The lounge had a comfortable sofa bed and is completely private. The bathroom is off the entrance hall, not right next to either of the rooms, but very easily accessible from the bedroom or the lounge at night. There was a handy Tesco across the road.
