The property is at a prominent location in the city and next to the eye hospital. So, it was very convenient for us to visit the hospital and explore. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive. The Hotel rooms were clean and tidy

Very friendly and gentle staff - both at the reception as well as the room service staff. Very good hotel in Biratnagar when one look for comfort and cleanliness. Certainly recommend others.
