the location ... very near to UPM Sarawak staff greet with smile clean room so far everything was good

I really enjoyed my stay here.. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. One small suggestion: it would be great if there were more pillows available in the room. The existing pillows were comfortable, but I personally prefer having a couple of extras for added support. I’m sure future guests would appreciate the option too. Looking forward to staying here again!

location is VERY strategic, close to sentral bus station, quite a few renowned restaurant, and 2 big supermarket
