The entire stay was perfect! Every staff member was extremely welcoming and professional from the door to our room (12th floor). Any questions we had whether it was about a menu item or casino game was explained politely and in depth. The was our first trip to Biloxi and this resort and we're already planning a return trip.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the casino is a lot of fun
