Cleanliness of the room, location, animals and playgraund, which was great fun for our sin and us too. Good value for money.

The apartment was very nice, and the garden area with playgrounds and different animals very charming. We checked-in and -out without meeting any staff, which made it very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs (2 persons) and the beds were really comfortable.

We have been traveling for 5 months across the world and the kids have voted Billund Fam Holiday the best place that they have stayed so far. The staff were exceptional and the place was jusr fun and entertaining.

Beautiful and peaceful place, but also conveniently close to the airport. Loved the animals and the landscaping of the outdoor areas. The staff was communicative and helpful and made check-in extra smooth for us when our flight was delayed into the night.
