Overall, it was a nice room for 3 people. Had sockets for the three of us, each bed was comfy, an open wardrobe for our clothes and to hang our coats. Even had 3 glasses for water/ a drink which I appreciated. Also had a heater/ac which was good. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with everything working fine. The location is a little far from the centre of the city but the metro is super quick so no complaints about that. I liked the ease of access too, the link to the key / passcode was super easy and also not having to interact with anyone was great! In the little corridor rea, there was a fridge, microwave and lockers which we didn't end up using but thought it was a nice touch.

Simple and modern and quiet. Had everything required for a short stay. Great location for travelling by car, with plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Easy online check-in

Clean room and excellent shower. Nice to have free tea and coffee available plus a communal fridge. About a 30 minute walk into town. Choose the escalator and lift route on the way back! Loved Bilbao- especially as it was The Big Week festival.
