The location is super! They clean the rooms. The bathroom and everything was just cleaned. Everything is old.

The reception person was super nice. It also had a pretty awesome location in the heart of Bilbao. Pet-friendly too.

The person who let us in there is a bit particular. But the place (specially the shared toilets) is very clear.
