Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room and bathroom. Great location near railway station with access to local eateries. Easy walk to Guggenheim. Very close to tram and buses.

The location could not have been better, very central and near the bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were ok. The only downside is that there is a night club or bar nearby which was very noisy on Saturday, it went on until 4 AM. We reserved the hotel parking, which was quite challenging to maneuver with our rental (Ford Kuga).
