Very friendly staff. Easy parking under the hotel. Room was large and clean with a great shower. Nice bar with helpful staff.

Fabulous location. Easy walking distance of Guggenheim Museum. Lovely area. Excellent up market tapas bars nearby. Hotel bar astonishingly cheap for a 4 star hotel.
