Great location. Spacious. Clean. Modern. Lovely design. Well equipped. Lashings of hot water. Great bars and nightlife just around the corner. 2 supermarkets within 3 mins walk.

As an AirBnB property, this is a 10/10. The entrance hall and main door are art deco and beautiful. We were met at the property by Alix on time who spent 20 minutes showing us everything and giving us advice about Bilbao. The apartment is massive. The pictures do not do it justice. It has a Manhattan feel. There are 4 bedrooms (one for a toddler) and the beds are very comfortable. The living area is spacious with big windows looking over the street. There is no noise as they are double glazed. There are 3 bathrooms, all large, with one bath. The kitchen is large and there is loads of storage. The apartment was spotless. WiFi excellent. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Bilbao, on a wide bright street. Guggenheim is a 12 minute walk. Old town a 25 minute walk. San Mame stadium 6 minute walk. Plenty of shops. Supermarkets next door. High end furniture stores which we were interested in. Loads of Pintxos bars and restaurants. Although Italian, La Tagliatella is an excellent restaurant around the corner. Great value, especially for 2 couples sharing. Fantastic property. Highly recommended.
