Very good location. Close enough to the bus station, metro, railway station and city center. All necessary things for living. Controllable central heating is a big advantage during cold days. Quick and easy to communicate with the staff through messengers

Central location, quiet, secure free parking, excellent facilities - fully equipped kitchen, great living space and lovely shower. Check in was simple and instructions very comprehensive.

The keys were inside the property, the outer and lobby doors were electronically operated and the apartment door had a nuki code. Inside the apartment were the door keys and the keys for the car park and lift. The hosts have a named representative who contacted us well before arrival, and on arrival to enable us to locate the apartment. This representative was extremely helpful throughout our stay and messaged in excellent English. It was useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher. We drove into Bilbao on a couple of occasions which took about 10 minutes each way. The car park/lift was a little daunting at first but we soon got the hang of it. Details for buses/metro travel were given.

I liked the location, away from the main tourist drag. The neighbourhood was interesting – almost a model of high-rise living with people making good use of green spaces and local facilities. Liked the steps opposite the front window, too. The parking is good. Local supermarket was nearby. We arrived early and, as recommended, used the nearby parking at the bullring. Communications were good.
