The fine print
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. A valid government-issued ID of the same person will be required to complete the check-in processes. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmationThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
