The pool and uniqueness. Antony was fabulous and lovely lady who I didn’t get name - but she was on reception and very welcoming. Bar man also very nice. I think you could employ another staff member to help run drinks and food as he had an awful lot to do by himself. I am coming back with family in a few weeks.

I'm not usually leave feedback even I use booking.com almost every time I travell somewhere but this time after I spent a night in this hotel been there with busines it showed up to me how low is their rating and in my opinion it's unfair so I will tell what I found there I've stayed in a room with generous space,a double bed a large sofa, bathroom with bath and shower. From the window a could see the estuary and the hotel pool, about the pool ive been told at arrival that it's open for guests only and the water temperature that day was 27° C so at that temperature you can use it even is not a sunny day, unfortunately Iwasn't prepared for a day on the beach otherwise I would definitely have a swim I had dinner in the bar I think Apledore is called as they have two ,the food was great and plenty the staff friendly and prompt . So honestly this place is great for a weekend with family or a holiday ,didn't mention that it has a big playing ground and the ocean is 5 min drive .

The out door pool. Friendly staff, clean, laid back, peaceful. Close to Westwood Ho beach which is amazing.

The hotel is in a good location and fairly comfortable. We felt the mattress dipped in the middle so should be changed. Nowhere near enough sockets in the room and no USB charging points which I think is necessary these days. Other than that, no complaints.
