Great location. Useful parking. Beautiful looking apartment and communal areas. Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen. Good shower. Good welcome at the start and easy checkout.

Great location. Lovely building and beautiful apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with basics provided like salt, pepper, etc. Beautiful sea views and well insulated apartment. Friendly owners who were on time at check-in and check out with a key provided.

The building is beautiful (and clearly in the later stages of a major beneficial renovation). The apartment is elegant, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The proximity to the centre of town and the coast is perfect. Indeed, the sea views from the apartment are significantly more striking than the online photographs suggest - a real bonus. We arrived by train (TGV from Paris). Bus #38 from the station stops outside the building itself - very easy. Many thanks to our hosts who kindly adapted our stay and offered us an extension (without additional cost) when our arrival from Paris was delayed due to strike action on SNCF*. It was a very generous offer. This would be our first choice accommodation for any return visit to Biarritz. (*solidarity to all members of the CGT unions)
