We really loved the stay here: - the apartments are truly beautiful spacious new, as described this rarely happens anywhere and it’s the most important for every stay - fantastic customer service - there was not a single issue that was not addressed or ignored, customer service on the premium chain level - no unexpected costs or payments - once hotels try to enter “premium” segment they tend to secretly charge for additional services, here any additional pricing was transparent and straightforward
