The property had nice rooms which had their own vibe, the TV was pretty old and tough. Bathroom was nice and washing liquids were a nice add on. The aparthotel staff were nice and the cleaning ladies were amazing! The restaurant itself was nice, tasty food in welcoming prices.

we loved our view, loved the balcony (we couldn’t remember whether we were getting a room with a balcony so that was such a surprise!)

Beautifully equipped and cosy apartments, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food (we however did not use it as food in the hotel restaurant and everywhere else in Bialka is very tasty and at really affordable prices). Very close to the ski lifts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even not fluently speaking english
