Attention to detail was exceptional in every bit of our stay. Beautiful setting, exceptional food, fantastic brunch and a feeling like going back in time to a gilded age of opulence. We loved it.

Candy and Charles were truly exceptional hosts. Warm, obliging and very eager to help with suggestions of where to go in the region, as well as recommending a. top restaurant in Beziers. Breakfast was made to order and all the ingredients from St. Maure goat's cheese to the quality of the charcuterie, to the buttery, fresh and flakey croissants - all delicious.
