Polite and educated receptionist. Also, the reception is automated outside of the working hours, so it is possible to arrive at 23:00 - no big deal. There are no keys, just door codes, which also open the gate to the parking lot. Despite of proximity of the river - there was no mosquitoes in the night, perhaps the river is a well-designed artificial biotope.

The room was clean, good temperature control with aircon (also warming up temperature as needed when it was cold outside). Simple. Sink in the room that's handy. Windowblinds. Simple facilities (shower, toilets). It's really basic but ok for the money for urgent short stay. Cleaning ladies were polite and understanding. Shower had hot water.
