Excellent breakfast, and evening meal, friendly knowledgeable staff. Lovely atmosphere. Thank you for the card, etc. For my husband who was celebrating a,special birthday, much appreciated.

We arrived Sunday. little bit surprised that the car parking arrangement, we used before was no longer available. As explained council had stopped the concession. (well there,s a surprise) We arrived o/k room all sorted lovely. Had a lovely meal in the late afternoon. Very nice it was. we decided to go for walk along river path. But unfortunately my Wife had a nasty incident with one of her knees. The staff were wonderful, they couldn't have been more helpful, they sorted breakfast (as we had dent pre arranged this So unfortunately we had to vacate early & return home. We look forward to arranging another break with you in the future. Thank You All again. Kevern & Yvonne Manning-Shell.

The room was lovely. Breakfast was very satisfying. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Mug House is in an ideal location for exploring Bewdley. Lovely views of the river from my room.

Excellent location. Great facilities in the room. Nice bar. Riverside location. Great for Severn Valley Railway. Very friendly and helpful staff.
