I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lotus Boutique Hotel, and I can wholeheartedly say that it exceeded all my expectations. The staff's commitment to providing exceptional service is truly commendable. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local attractions, their genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on me. Very comfortable room. Clean and well furnished. Great location for exploring the neighborhood. Felt safe and secure during our very short visit. Staff were most accommodating, even arriving early to let us in and following up to ensure everything was okay. Will certainly return.

Recently refurbished property. the facilities are new and very clean. great location if you have a car, you can park the car just in front of the hotel. It’s only just a few minutes drive from Betlehem basilica. The staff very attentive and ready to help us with anything we needed. They allowed us to use the mini kitchen for a quick dinner. Bottled waters provided all the time at request. Overall really great stay in Betlehem/Jerusalem.
