It was a really great property. We weren't sure how far out of the centre, but it was really easy by tram and really nice to be out of the noise of the centre. Hotels were also very expensive and this was really well priced. The balcony was so nice to sit on for breakfast and lunch. We slept really well as it was so quiet. There are shops, trams and trains within walking distance. It was the perfect stay and would definitely go back.

My parents loved the location and how thoughtfully organised the flat is. Everything one might need on vacation is provided by the owner (towels, hairdryer, welcome snacks and drinks, city guides, additional blankets, etc), including tickets to get around the city of Bern. The optional parking spot is in a perfect place as well (5 minutes away from the flat). The area is very quiet day and night. There is no AC but there are fans and if the shutters and blinds are closed, the place doesn't get hot during a heat wave.

We got excellent instructions with detailed photos of how to access the property. Similarly the private underground car park was easy to find and access. The info and codes to access the Bern free travel was easy to follow and then used. Spacious apartment, good kitchen and lounge, large bedroom. Easy walk to catch train into Bern. Lovely welcome gifts in terms of wine, beer and chocks, plus excellent coffee and tea selection. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome

Perfect place just like the pictures, free snacks and drinks. Martin was always responsive, I forgot my Ipad there and he said he would send it back to my address. What a great person!
