The two staff who were on desk duty (guys) whe we arrived were ultra nice and so helpful with advice for us. A great start to our stay in Berlin!

Good location. Not too crowded but still in pretty centre. Friendly staff.

Helpful staff allowed us to store bags both before checkin and after checkout, which meant we could explore Berlin without carrying flight bags.
