Clean, easy to use, friendly staff helped me through some technical trouble on the first day. For future guests: if key app does not work immediately, I recommend trying a phone restart. This hotel delivered well on everything I expected, no complaints

I had some issues with the password based key-app, but even though I contacted them repeatedly, the host was always friendly and very patient. It was a technical error on my side - human failur. Very grateful for that
