Any activities, parties or events are inapplicable.Home Wilma will charge an extra EUR 25 for guests arriving after 22:00.Guests are kindly requested to inform the apartments of their estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note there are elevators in every building but you have to walk up 20 stairs to reach the Singer apartment and 15 stairs to reach apartments 6 or 10. Furthermore in apartment 6 the elevator goes to the 9th floor and the apartment is on the 8th floor. So you have to walk down one floor.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Really lovely apartment that had everything we needed. Bright and light, perfectly clean, comfortable beds, great facilities. Instructions on how to access property and communication from host all exceptional. Quiet area, and our daughter enjoyed the playground just outside.

Decent location in a quiet neighborhood. Some of the things in the apartment will remind you of the DDR but it's really good value for the money. There is public paid parking on the street 200m away from the apartment.
