The apartment is very nice, very well located, with a Ubahn station in the nearby, very spacious, with direct access to the street which is also convenient if you carry luggage. The kitchen is big and nice, with all the things one need for cooking. To park the car closeby, there are usually spots in the neighborhood, but it is around 22 € per day (Sundays and nights are free). We used the app Parkster which was easy to use for the first evening. However, we found a cheaper option, if you stay for more than 3 days and you don’t use much the car, it is better to park at Wilma shopping center parking, where a week of parking is 50€. The week ticket has to be purchased in one of the machines before entering the car. From there to the apartment is 15 min by Ubahn.
