The property's location was great, hosts responded very quickly to any of the concerns and questions we had about the property and Berlin as well. The mattress on the upper floor was great. It's overall okay price for the location :) The property is unlocked with the code, so it's convenient for multiple people having different plans of coming and going out of the apartment. Plus you don't have to worry about losing the keys :) Also, we did have a problem with not having water since there was some kind of problem in the entire building. Although it wasn't at all convenient for us since we needed to shower before going to the conference, at least we did get to contact the host and get the proper info. It was fixed in several hours so that was okay too.
