The Air con was not functioning. The Refrigerator was not working. They gave us a fan ! Then after two days offered to change the room. In that room too the Air on was not working. Staff was professional. Breakfast was fine. Easy to find cabs to and from the hotel.

Was all pretty good. Pillow a bit lumpy, but comfy, clean beds. Bathroom was clean and well equipped but the shower didn't drain as all a bit blocked i imagine. Reasonable location for accessing the sites. Berlin is wonderful. Easy check in and out.
