Personal. Location is a very nice and quiet area of Berlin, right in front of a ubahn. Bed and pillow very comfy. Beautiful rooms. Massive bathroom with bath.

The location close to the zoo is really nice. The hotel is quite modern and well-kept.

Wow! The whole experience was amazing! On checking in, they upgraded our room without even asking. The room exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Lovely details in the room to welcome you with fresh pastries/fruit and a written welcome note. The bed was super comfy. The whole room and bathroom was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank You for making our stay in Berlin a wonderful time. The location was perfect, lots of independent restaurants and cafes in the area.

We had a suite and was perfect for my daughter and I to explore Berlin. Kitchenette was well stocked, staff were brilliant and flexible, Food (Breakfast) was excellent. Was a perfect platform to plan our adventures around the localities. Though, Berlin has changed since I lived there, this is the Berline I remember, with All the places to explore within easy reach of the Hotel.
