Staff very welcoming. We arrived about 8.30am after sleepless night on Sleeper train. Asked if we could leave luggage somewhere . Receptionist said straight away he could find a room ready for our 2 night stay that we could use straight away.,

lovely modern cool hotel good for everybody. probably best for young trendy business professionals but I was very happy to be there with my young son for tourism. Staff were excellent.
