Great location close to metro and buses, lots of shops, bars, cafés around and very calm neighborhood. The room was spacious, the ac worked great and the amenities were good- small fridge, kettle with tea and coffee provided. There's also big closet to store your luggage. Friendly staff. We didn't use the breakfast service but there's two options - buffet breakfast for 25 euro and small breakfast for 8 euro. The beds were comfy, the pillows were okay too. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again (despite the haunting woman posters).

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel located in a pretty area of Berlin. Staff are nice and helpful. Room is large enough and functional.

Location next to KaDeWe just what we wanted, underground station opposite so transport really good for anywhere in Berlin. Hotel was friendly with excellent breakfast.
