Maurice “Excellent place to start and end your break in Berlin”

This was a truly superb hotel, friendly staff, extremely comfortable (I slept very soundly after walking all over this great city) and a great location. At first, on the map, I wasn't sure how central it would be, but it's a ten minute or so walk from museum island and the start of Unter Den Linden, a gorgeous, famous, and central long boulevard. A few more minutes in the opposite direction takes you to Alexanderplatz, in the former East Berlin and the S Bahn overhead train which we used to get into the city. The hotel is close to the U Bahn for those who prefer to negotiate the city without tired feet after each day. As said, centrally located, wonderfully comfortable, clean and modern but a beautiful layout with a wide choice for the buffet breakfast. The English speaking staff? They couldn't be more welcoming. We would return to this hotel in an instant.

Size of the rooms and cleanliness were great. The location is perfect - quiet, close to local transport and in walking distance to the Humboldtforum and Museumsinsel. The personnel were super friendly.

The hotel is located in the center of Berlin, on the Spree River. Everything is within walking distance. There's a good pizzeria nearby. I have very pleasant memories of my stay.

Great location, really well designed room with plenty of storage and surface space, excellent bathroom, good size fridge for a hotel room. Staff at reception very helpful, lots of good restaurants within 5 walking minutes. I will definitely use this hotel again for future visits to Berlin.
