Nice hotel, good services, very kind personnel. Room was very clean, equipped as expected for a 4-stars hotel. Good breakfast too. Proximity to Alexanderplatz much appreciated. The price was a bit too high, but this was assumed since reservation moment. Local people were saying Berlin used to be an affordable city 20 years ago. 😊

Location was good, walkable from Alexanderplatz but probably a little further than most people would want to walk (maybe 10-15 mins depending on your walking speed) - there was an S-Bahn station nearby though. Staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. Little to no noise that we noticed (except church bells!) We used the bar a couple of times and it had a nice vibe. Didn't eat there so can't comment on food though. There was a coffee machine in the room as well which was nice - we opted to not have our room cleaned whilst staying there (we were only there for three nights) so assuming it gets restocked each day.

Location was excellent near alexandraplatz. Tram , bus station was walkable distance Check in and check out was seamless. Breakfast was very well managed.

It was all good. Nice big TV for watching Netflix for the kids when they were resting.
