Lovely hotel, great location. Had a small problem with my room, staff quickly dealt with it and were very apologetic. The situation was handled extremely well by all involved and even had a personal note from the manager to see them directly. Exceptional service

This hotel is absolutely flawless. I have stayed all over the world in many hotels and the staff and facilities here are second to none. The bed was so comfortable, breakfast delicious, first class amenities provided and a wonderful stay.

Location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing, felt very safe. The rooms were good and the reception staff the best! The ladies were extremely helpful and even gave us an upgrade to our room which was so thoughtful! Breakfast was good as well. Definitely, a great option in Berlin!

Great hotel! I would definitely stay there again if I go to Berlin. It has a very good location. A bus stop is in front of the hotel. There is also an S-Bahn near by. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. For those who might be interested, there is a zoo in 5 mins.
