Very central and helpful staff. On arrival we weren't happy with our room but the manager was most helpful and changed us to a better room. Great to be able to walk to the river and Museum Island. Very good breakfast, delicious and varied.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Berlin. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and I have to mention the gentleman who hosts the breakfast area — his warmth and charisma truly made my mornings feel special. Considering how well-located and comfortable the hotel is, the price is more than fair. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!
