The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The hotel is thoughtfully designed to cater to every need, and its location is ideal.

The overall stay was comfortable. The staff whom we interacted with were very helpful. In particular, Ms. Kubasik, Ayliz (who checked us and checked us out at the reception) was very informative, cheerful and friendly. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk from the Frederickstrasse station. Access to buses, trams, S and U-bahn was very very convenient. The river cruises also boarded right across from the hotel. We found 3 Indian restaurants nearby - Kailas Parbat (brand new - we ate there; excellent food); Anand and Bombay (didnt try these 2 places). We did take the U-bahn to Saravana Bhavan

Amazing staff! I left a suit in the closet and didn't realize until I was on a train already... they were happy to keep it for me until I returned a week later!
