The host welcomes you with a drink when explaining the premises and the area. Offering a real relaxing stay with more amenities then usual; lighting in atmospheric scenes, espresso machine and use of all the amenities in the whole house including tjose outside your own room. As a good example of this; there are bicycles free of charge and a small pool. Most important probably; it is very clean!

Exceptional value for money. Olaf is a wonderful thoughtful host. The design of the bedroom. Although the property is on the edge of Berlin it has great public transport links. The property is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again.

The host, Olaf, has put a lot of effort into creating a calm and relaxing space. He went above and beyond to ensure my son and I had the best visit to Berlin. The accommodation is clean and spacious, and having a garden was a real plus for us. It is a little outside of the centre of Berlin but with one bus and a train you can be in town in about 2mins. The transport.is very easy to navigate and coming back to a quiet, leafy space makes a lovely change from the pace of Berlin centre. We stayed for 5 nights but could've stayed much longer. Will definitely return next time we come to Berlin

The host was very accomodating and the room was very professionally setup with facilities that were very fully equipped! Was an excellent stay.
