We stayed 2 days and 1 night at Lavender Mansion by PLAY, and it was truly one of the most relaxing couple retreats we’ve had in a while. The location is incredibly strategic — easy to get to and close to all the must-visit spots in Cameron Highlands. But what really sets this place apart is the breathtaking view and the refreshing cold weather that naturally cools the room. Having two balconies was an unexpected bonus, letting us fully soak in the crisp highland air and scenic beauty — right from our room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. What also made our stay stand out was the genuinely warm hospitality — from the check-in counter to the friendly waiter who made us coffee, every interaction felt personal and sincere. Honestly, everything about our stay was just right. No complaints, no notes — just pure comfort and peace of mind. I’ve already recommended it to several friends. It’s a perfect fit for couples looking for a romantic escape, and I can also see families with kids enjoying it too. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be coming back.

the room was spacious. the fan upstairs got problem. need help from the staff to switch on. the smell of lavender only strong at the reception and ground floor. love the jacuzzi. baby friendly hotel! we asked for baby cot, they even gave us toilet chair, basin for bath. my baby slept well there.
