Location is superb. The property is secure and quiet- there is no noise from the surrounding rooms, cafe or street. High quality finish. Lovely staff. The cakes in the bakery are outstanding.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Bergamo’s main town. Although the hotel does not have a reception, the staff was quite prompt in answering via WhatsApp and also via the Cafeteria which is underneath. Access to hotel was smooth after receiving the code on email/whatsapp. The cafeteria underneath the hotel makes for a good breakfast.
