Very profesional and nice personel, we've been greeted just outside the building and shown inside. The location of the apartment was great, close to the train station (which was important for us, e.g. for travelling to Milan), the whole room was spacious and comfortable. Bergamo Romantica consists of 3 separate apartments with a common area including kitchen equipped with tea, coffee, some biscuits etc, we had no problems with our neighbours, each apartment has its own keys, so the security is also a non-problem. There was also a lovely view from the window.

Clean and tidy. Very good location – very close to the train station. There’s a wonderful café with excellent coffee right across from the hotel. Marco is great – his recommendations regarding places, logistics, and restaurants in Bergamo were very helpful. The view from the room’s balcony was amazing. Overall, perfetto!
