This hotel is truly exceptional! The owner is a respectful and kind lady who goes above and beyond to help. She even came down personally to greet us at the bus, which stops right next to the hotel . Such a warm welcome! The hotel also features a free playroom for kids and a ping pong table, which was a lovely bonus. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Berat. The owner and her husband are incredibly friendly — it truly felt like we had known them for years. She brought me everything I asked for and would always say, “I enjoy helping.” Her husband even offered us tea for free, which added such a personal touch to our stay. When we were checking out, she told us, “Take your time and enjoy . your room hasn’t been booked yet today,” which allowed us to leave at our own pace without any pressure. If I ever return to Berat, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here and the same goes for my family. Highly recommended!
