the owner was great and welcoming (his brother was in town to help) and they both were amazingly helpful, friendly and very service oriented. the rooms were very well done. modern, very clean, big bathroom, very good water pressure and the beds were very comfortable. there's a beautiful outside area to sit. the breakfast was great - all fresh made to order. had a great selection (pancakes, breads, several egg styles, cereal, cheeses, vegetables). Was all tasty and beautifully displayed. no complaints, was really a great stay and we highly recommend (we were in 2 rooms, double+triple) and both were great.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully designed, everything felt new and thoughtfully maintained. The balcony was absolutely charming — we loved spending time there. The manager was genuinely caring and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Berat River House Boutique Hotel! The location is perfect for exploring Berat, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The owner, Ermal, was incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
