Richard “A nice quiet homestay type of hotel with friendly staff”

It was a friendly place to live at, kinda like a hostel. It had common kitchen facilities on the ground floor. The staff could speak good english and also very patient and helpful. There is a free public bathhouse onsen very nearby. It was in a quiet neighbourhood with lotsa restaurants and shopping places. Also there's ample parking spaces if you are having a driving holiday.

Such a lovely hostel, really cute and stylish lounge and kitchen area. Dorm was really spacious and plenty of room for everyone's luggage and the beds were big and comfy. Had a really homely feel to it. The lady at reception was so nice, she gave me loads of advice on the nearby onsens and where to eat

Wonderful place! Maybe the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in - mattress pillow and duvet all perfect, plus privacy curtains and spacious dorm. Met only lovely people in the common area and the staff were the kindest, sweetest, most helpful people. There’s a characterful onsen down the street, free to use. A sweet little laminated booklet full of local recommendations is given to each guest - I tried a few and they were all excellent places I would never have found otherwise. Wish I could stay longer ^^
