Nice location next to the bus station from Oita airport as well as city buses, 10 minutes walk to train station. There are restaurants nearby, but most of them are open untill 18:00, which is quite early and after that it is somehow harder to find any restaurant open. Beds were comfortable, room a little bit small, but it´s nothing uncommon in Japan and for a few nights it´s good enough. We also had a breakfast, there was a japanese and western breakfast option. Onsen in hotel was amazing, open from 5:00 am - 9:30 am and then from 3:00 pm - 1:00 am. Before check-in time / after check-out time, you can leave your luggage at the reception. Staff is friendly.

The building looks old but the rooms are neat and clean. The onsen was good too.

Well, location was great and a window that opened in the room was a bonus. Make no mistake this is budget accommodation. Expect more and you will be disappointed. We knew it was budget and got what we expected- tiny room with no space to open suit cases and a bathroom space similar to what you would get on an airliner. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. We got there 2 hrs early and had to hang around to check in at 3pm. Was annoyed next day to see multiple early arrivals being checked in.

I like the 2-day trip in Beppu very much.The hotel is very comfortable and the hot spring is also great. Staff is friendly and showed a positive attitude and action to help us. In the process, I feel respected and high-quality service hotel experience. By the semi-self-service check-in method of the hotel is very convenient. I like it
