Please note that the front-desk will be operating only from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.Please kindly note that there is a (single gauge) railway track between the hotel and the beach.A deposit of 50% of the total room charge will be taken 14 days prior to arrival, with the balance due upon check-in.FESTIVE SEASON STAYS:A mandatory Christmas Eve dinner supplement of USD 125.00 per person and mandatory New Year's Eve dinner supplement of USD 150.00 per person will be charged separately for the 3rd and 4th Person.Children up to 3 years will have no additional charge. 50% discount is applicable for children between 4-11 years on the above dinner charges.The above extra person charges will be invoiced separately, as indicated above.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This is the 2nd time we've been to Villa Bentota. The hospitality and the service from the staff was excellent. The food was fantastic and tasty. The service was great too - cannot complain at all. There's someone coming to clean the room twice a day which is excellent. The garden which is directly parallel to the railway line is beautifully maintained. The pools are clean. We love the privacy afforded to us when the pool is used. The surroundings are tranquil and the building is beautiful.

The place is amazing. Clean. On the beach. The beach was clean and sandy. Food delicious. Staff attentive. Several pools in the place. The spa was great. Hot and cold water. Ac. Welcoming drink was lemon with lemongrass. It was so delicious to the point that we ordered it again on dinner.

Great hotel located on Bentota beach. The hotel is a stunning colonial building with a great pool area and nice gardens. Food and spa facilities are excellent.

An elegant and delightful hotel.. with charming staff and a fabulous location... A short walk to the beautiful beach (over the railway line...you get used to trains!!) if you can drag yourself away from the spectacular pool!!
