Convenient position (public transport, dining options). The bus stop was just there Host availability and courtesy. They waited for us even if we arrived awfully late. No television (great plus) No AC (the apartment was naturally fresh and dry) Price.

Super lovely owner who are living in the same house! The appartment was very clean. Basic furniture, but everything is fhere what you need. Lovely view on the ocean. Some cats around and a lotus tree.
