the location was excellent. Marianne and her partner very helpful despite the language difficulties. Google translate worked well for us. the room was basic but that had already been explained in advance. Bed comfy, fan kept temperature ok and no noise so slept well. never had a problem with access to the 2 shared bathrooms.

The hosts Gustavo and mariana are very nice people and very helpful the apartment looks great especially the 2 bathrooms the room was very nice and big, the apartment was very central the beach is only 50 m I recommend that to anyone wanting to go to Benidorm I will go back there next time in September thanks Gustavo and mariana

Very nice host Gustavo and mariana the apartment is very central near the beach 50 m very clean it has 2 bath rooms . The room was so big and i had a nice sea view . I will recommend this accommodation and I will go back there next time I was so happy

The location is very good. The staff is friendly but doesn't speak English, However that it shouldn't be a big trouble as the rooms are very well advertised on the website
