Amazing first line sea view from the 14th floor. Perfect location for family either. We spent nights beginning of April 2024. Under the house there were bars full of crowds, but at 10PM latest it losed and there was complete silence. Oh and we got a wine as a gift which tasted amazing after the long travel we had.

We stayed at this property for five weeks. When we arrived the property was exactly as the photos and extremely clean. We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and the sun terrace is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We found the caretaker to be extremely helpful and he kept the public areas immaculate. We contacted Benidorm Booking a couple of times while we were there and also found them to be really nice and helpful.
